Unconscious Bias and Conscious Inclusion

The first part of the training will explore unconscious biases around race and ethnicity in today's society. The second part of the training will seek to understand how unconscious bias occurs, provide examples of the impact of unconscious biases according to gender and ethnicity and then look at how the occurrence of unconscious bias can be lessened.
