Racing to Success for Westcliff High School for Girls

Pupils from Westcliff High School for Girls Valkyrie Racing team have been making us incredibly proud, not only through their success at the Greenpower International Finals in Spain, where they secured two race victories and two trophies, but also through the inspiration they have provided to others.

During visits to schools in Bilbao and Navarra, the pupils shared their experiences as young women in engineering and STEM, encouraging more girls to explore opportunities in these fields. Their enthusiasm and passion have already inspired one school to begin plans for its own girls' racing team.

They were featured in the Echo, read it here: International racing victories for students from Westcliff | Echo
