Mayor Visits The Westborough School for Father's Day Event.

On 13th June, The Westborough School (part of SEEAT) welcomed the Mayor of Southend, Councillor Nigel Folkard, to its Bring a Male Relative to Early Years event, held in celebration of Father’s Day.

The Mayor toured the school, met pupils and staff, and joined families for a morning of play-based activities. He praised the school’s warm atmosphere and inspiring outdoor learning provision.

A special day celebrating Father’s Day and the power of community in early education!

Councillor Nigel Folkard, Mayor of Southend, said: "I was very impressed with everything I saw, and there was a real buzz in the school."
