Meet our new Chief Education Officer

We are delighted to welcome Toni Kittle to our Trust as our new Chief Education Officer. She will join us later this year.

Toni has 26 years of experience in education. She is currently Director of Secondary at Unity Schools Partnership, a large family of 40 secondary, primary and special schools located in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk as well as Romford in East London, leading on attendance, belonging and careers across the trust.

Toni has been a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher in both the primary and secondary phase and has a proven track record of improving schools. She is passionate about improving life chances for disadvantaged children.

Toni serves as a trustee for Active Learning Trust and chairs the local advisory board for Catch 22 Suffolk.
