Bringing the SEEAT Six to Life

We kicked off the first full week back at schools with our Chief Education Officer, Toni Kittle, hosting the first of our SEEAT Six training sessions for Senior Leadership Teams across the Trust, focusing on Principle 1: Ready to Learn.

Our leaders explored what it means to create classrooms where every child feels they belong.
When children belong, they feel safe, valued and keen to learn and engage. They show resilience, learn from mistakes, and hold high expectations of themselves and others.

As educators, we know that continuous improvement starts with us, and collaboration is key to ensuring the best outcomes for every child.

The principles of the SEEAT Six will be coming to every school across the Trust, helping us build a shared language and consistent approach that supports all learners.

We are excited to see the impact this will have in our classrooms.
