Chief Executive Officer
Andrew joined SEEAT as CEO in September 2021. He has a huge amount of experience as a headteacher and CEO working across a variety of schools.

Nigel Brunning
Chief Operating Officer
Nigel has been in his role for SEEAT since 2015. He is a School Resource Management Adviser and a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders. Before joining SEEAT he had a number of commercial roles in the private sector as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a MBA.

Louise Davy
Finance Manager/Finance & Operations Director
Louise has been the Finance Manager for SEEAT since 2015. Before that she spent 4 years working for the Essex schools finance support team and has worked with a large number of schools in Essex, accumulating a huge amount of experience and knowledge. Louise is a Chartered Accountant, training with Venthams in Rochford before working for KPMG in London.

Adrian Lyons
Director of School Improvement
Until September 2021, Adrian was one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education for over 16 years. For more than six of those he was the national lead for economics, business and enterprise. His extensive inspection experience includes secondary and primary schools as well as initial teacher training providers and he has been Ofsted’s national point of reference for school sixth forms. He has significant experience of monitoring schools causing concern.
Prior to his role as an HMI, Adrian was a teacher trainer He also led DfE training courses for performance management advisors. In addition to a BA and an MA, he is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a school governor and a trustee of the Association of former HMI and of his subject association.
In his non-work time Adrian is a music leader in The Salvation Army and presents a monthly show on Fortress Radio.

Caroline Thornton
Pastoral Care and Inclusion Manager
Caroline is an experienced pastoral care and inclusion manager who works across all of the SEEAT schools.

Diane Cotgrove
HR Manager
Diane has been working in the Trust for a number of years and co-ordinates HR and payroll across SEEAT

Rebecca Geoghegan
Curriculum Leader and English Specialist
Rebecca has been teaching since 2001. She joined AET (the largest MAT in the UK) in 2011 as an English Specialist before becoming a Regional Curriculum Leader and National Leader for Reading. Rebecca joined SEEAT in January 2021 as Curriculum Leader and English Specialist. Rebecca is also a published author for Oxford University Press and a moderator for the SSAT Lead Practitioner programme.

Louise Butson
Primary Finance Support Manager
As well as being the bursar of Prince Avenue Academy, Louise also supports Westborough, Holt Farm Junior and Rochford Primary with their finances.

Sally Scott
Payroll Manager
As well as looking after the day to day finances at Westborough, Sally is also the payroll manager for SEEAT.

Lucy Lock
Communication, Marketing and Development Manager
Lucy is responsible for communication and marketing for SEEAT and supports all the schools with their communication and marketing needs. Prior to her role, Lucy worked at WHSG as their Fundraising Manager and has over 20 years experience in various events and marketing positions within the charity sector.
